Pre arrival in Portugal / Whilst in Portugal

Advise us of your specific property requirements, family structure and needs, and we will tailor a Golden Visa property viewings visit to Portugal for your individual circumstances.  We will liaise with our legal partners to prepare your applications and book the necessary appointments including bank and with the Portuguese immigration services.  Should you wish us to arrange hotels, we can even do that too.

Upon arrival in Portugal,

• we will accompany you throughout your trip, advising and guiding every step of the way.  We have in-depth property expertise having been involved in the real estate market for over 20 years.  We will show you suitable properties in the right locations and priced fairly .
• we will arrange for you to meet the lawyers and fiscal representatives to give power of attorney to buy the property and to do the Portugal Golden visa application on your behalf.  
• we will accompany you to the bank to open a bank account in your own name.  
• we will  make an appointment with the Portuguese immigration authority so that immigration and biometric data can all be completed in this visit.  

All this can be achieved in just 4 days.

Investors can return to home country having given powers of attorney to the lawyer & Fiscal Representative to progress with property purchase and Golden visa application.  Investors will need to transfer funds to their Portuguese bank account to purchase the property & pay associated costs plus fees for the Golden visa application.

Post purchase of the property, the application will be submitted to the immigration authorities and on successfully acceptance on the main applicant, family reunification will be applied for by the lawyers.
